Ok so here are the answers to last Monday’s blog post. What I created was a list of statements that are quite typical of the church today from one perspective or another. The Christian faith has been around for a long time, about 2000 years now. There is a historic character to Christianity that transcends culture. Still we cannot deny that the Church has gone through transitions and changes. We have and will continue to. The most radical changes of course have been within the last 200 to 300 years.

Self Worth and the Significance of the Insignificant

Human life seem to be to be driven by a constant quest for significance and self worth. It seems we are constantly trying to add to who we are. There is an underlying and subversive sense of inadequacy in all of us. Some of us embrace it headlong and lead lives of constant self guessing and self loathing. Those who do it come off as lost people that never seem to know where they are in life, and thus are often disrespected or minimized.
